1. Commitment
Digital Marketing Dude is committed to improving access to website information and the project inquiry process for people with disabilities. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing practical responsibility. The website is reviewed as content, browsers, assistive technology, and recognized guidance evolve.
2. Accessibility objective
The website aims to follow generally recognized accessibility practices and relevant portions of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, particularly WCAG 2.1 Level AA, where reasonably applicable to this site. Reference to a guideline is an objective and does not represent a claim that every page or third-party technology is perfectly conformant in every combination of device and assistive technology.
3. Structure and navigation
Pages use semantic headings, descriptive page titles, consistent navigation, visible links, and logical reading order. Navigation is intended to work with keyboard input, touch input, and common screen readers. Legal pages use clear section headings so visitors can move through longer text more efficiently.
4. Keyboard operation
Interactive controls are intended to be reachable and usable without a mouse. The menu, service-request buttons, modal form, form controls, and close controls can be operated by keyboard. Focus indicators are retained or enhanced so users can identify the active control. The Escape key closes the request dialog where supported by the browser script.
5. Visual presentation
The design uses high-contrast text, scalable typography, restrained decorative effects, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. Text is not intentionally placed inside generated photographs. Information conveyed by accent color is also supported by position, wording, borders, or structure. Visitors can use browser zoom and text scaling; the responsive layout is intended to remain readable at common magnification levels.
6. Motion and animation
Animations are used to support orientation and interaction rather than to carry essential information. The website respects the operating system’s reduced-motion preference by disabling nonessential transitions and revealing content without motion. No rapidly flashing content is intentionally used.
7. Images and media
Meaningful photographs include alternative text that identifies their purpose or subject. Decorative marks may use empty alternative text so assistive technology can skip them. If video or audio is added in the future, captions, transcripts, or another suitable alternative will be considered based on the content.
8. Forms and error communication
Form controls have labels, required fields are identified, and browser validation is used to detect missing information. Submission results are announced through a status region where supported. The form does not rely on a visual challenge. A hidden anti-spam field is excluded from ordinary keyboard navigation. If a visitor cannot use the form, the alternative contact methods below may be used.
9. Compatibility
The website is designed for current versions of major browsers and common operating systems. Older browsers, custom browser extensions, strict security settings, or uncommon assistive-technology combinations may behave differently. Keeping the browser and assistive technology updated generally provides the best experience.
10. Known limitations
Some limitations may arise from hosting tools, externally delivered fonts, email systems, or other third-party technology not fully controlled by the website operator. Generated or supplied documents used during a consulting engagement may require an accessible alternative depending on their original format. If a requested deliverable must meet a specific accessibility standard, that requirement should be included in the project scope before work begins.
11. Alternative access
If any content, service description, legal text, or form cannot be accessed, a visitor may request the information in a reasonable alternative format. Available alternatives may include plain-text email, a structured text document, or a telephone discussion. The nature of the content and the visitor’s stated need will guide the response.
12. Feedback process
Accessibility feedback is welcome. Please identify the page, describe the difficulty, state the browser or assistive technology if comfortable doing so, and explain the format or adjustment that would help. Personal medical information is not required. Good-faith reports will be reviewed and a reasonable effort will be made to respond within 10 business days.
13. Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is considered when pages are added, navigation changes, forms are revised, or new third-party features are introduced. Priority is given to issues that prevent access to essential information or completion of a project inquiry.
